Water and air pollution will cause incalculable damage to our planet. We could not forget what we've taken from! Textile industries around the world have a common recognition of thinking about environment.

As members of global citizens, we are fully aware that environmental protection is a great matter we could not forget and have the responsibility to make it better.

Therefore, we put plenty of efforts on protecting the environment.

WATER SAVING

Wastewater recycling helps to preserve natural enviornment. The wastewater discharges have significant impacts on the environment could last for a long time.

Wastewater reuse is an alternative source of water supply. We build the wastewater recycle system to contritube what we have done to our planet.

Nowadays, we re-use around 800 tons of wastewater per day during the production of greige and dyeing process.

ENERGY SAVING

We have design an energy management system to monitor the online energy consumption, saving energy, analyzing energy consumption for each facility

In year 2018 –We renovated the whole boiler system for energy saving and reducing sorts of pollutions. Condensing heat recovery equipment saves 10% of energy using. Automatic frequency controller saves heat wasting and reduce the carbon emmissions.
Mill structure - using nature light and well-ventilation for saving extra energy usage.

CARBON EMISSIONS

Every year, we reduce 1% ~ 3% of carbon emissions.

We participate in the Low carbon Roadmap with Brands.

Using gas instead of coal or heavy oil burning reduce carbon emissions and air pollution.

In addition, to have more trees, plants in the world are the best way to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

ECO-FRIENDLY TEXTILE

We invested more than 1 million US dollar to establish a sewage treatment plant, when the factory built, which approximately covered 4,000 square meters of our total area.

These bacteria will decompose the wastewater after dyeing and to make the waste dyestuff water become clean before releasing.

By using the latest computer automatically detection technology COD, we apply the biological technology to minimize the impacts and damages, and also make good resource by recycling and reused.
