Fire caused by textile products is already an important disaster in society that becomes a threat to human life, property and safety. To reduce the damage to life and property caused by fire, developing safe refuges and fireproof equipment for initial fire extinguishment is necessary. Therefore, the demand of safe textile is increasing day by day. We have two kinds of ways for fireproof as below.

◎ FLAME RETARDANT FIBER

We use FITA Fireproof Fiber produced by the Far Eastern New Century is made by using the polyester fiber which is made from phosphide. This fiber is difficult to be ignited and will slightly shrink and massed into a ball in encountering flames.

1. It is a fireproof raw material with extremely high safety, fire-resistant and flame-retardant, and has passed the CNS and examination standards in Japan, America, etc.
2. It will not produce the halogen toxic gas in burning, considerably safe.

Class B1 DIN 4102-1 REPORT (F/R Yarn)

◎ FLAME RETARDANT FINISH

We use Rudolf’s or Clariant’s flame retardant chemicals to make fireproof finishing. The fabric is made by normal polyester yarn, and we add flame retardant during finishing, so the fabric could have fireproof effect. However, this kind of fireproof effect will be reduced after washing.
